HONORING LEAH PUMP, PRESIDENT OF LADYLIKE FOUNDATION AS SINGLE MOM’S AWARDS PHILANTHROPIST OF THE YEAR

Along with being the president of the LadyLike Foundation Leah is also an educator. She has taught elementary school for 9 years, and was a principal for 2 years. Recently she developed a “LadyLike Class” curriculum for Middle and High School girls and has been asked to teach weekly classes to students within the inner cities of Los Angeles. Leah is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and has received her Masters Degree in Education from Pepperdine University. She is a native of Los Angeles, California and has been married to her husband Dana Pump, President and CEO of the Harold and Carole Pump Foundation, and Double Pump Inc., for 5 years.

Leah has a passion for young women. She dreams that all of the young women she encounters establishes a relationship with the Lord, realizes their value, reaches their full potential, and becomes socially, intellectually, and mentally prepared to compete in today’s society. She truly believes that the LadyLike Foundation will be the organization that enables women of all cultures, ages, and socioeconomic backgrounds to becoming the virtuous, well-rounded “Lady” that God has created them to be.
